- 1. DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN FURNITURE?
We provide a large desk, desk chair and a small filing cabinet.
You are welcome to personalise your office with your own additional furniture.
- 2. DO I NEED A DEPOSIT / BOND?
Yes you do need to pay a key and furnishings bond, this is one month’s license fee. This will be returned at the end of your lease upon office inspection.
- 3. IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is plenty of free street parking Monday – Friday and 2 hours on the weekend.
- 4. CAN I ACCESS MY OFFICE OUT OF HOURS?
Yes, you can access your office 24/7.
You will be given a swiper key to enter the building and a key which allows you to access your office.
- 5. IS THERE A MINIMUM TIME FRAME ON MY LEASE AGREEMENT? DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBILITY?

Most definitely, all conference rooms are available to our Virtual Office Clients. Equipped with the latest Smart TV and video conferencing technology, our rooms are designed to make your experience with us a success.
