  • 1. DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN FURNITURE?
     

    We provide a large desk, desk chair and a small filing cabinet.

    You are welcome to personalise your office with your own additional furniture.

  • 2. DO I NEED A DEPOSIT / BOND?
     

    Yes you do need to pay a key and furnishings bond, this is one month’s license fee.  This will be returned at the end of your lease upon office inspection.

  • 3. IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
     

    There is plenty of free street parking Monday – Friday and 2 hours on the weekend.

  • 4. CAN I ACCESS MY OFFICE OUT OF HOURS?
     

    Yes, you can access your office 24/7.

    You will be given a swiper key to enter the building and a key which allows you to access your office.
